Yoga Flow for the Complete Beginner is a 35 minute guided class devised specifically to introduce the concept of Yoga Flow to those that are new to yoga. The movements and postures in this session are kind and gentle on the body. Each movement is assisted by the slow, smooth, steady flow of breath. Practicing yoga in this way gently releases tension from the body and mind whilst enhancing the natural range of movement. Yoga, when practised mindfully brings so many benefits, it is important that you build a foundation in the practice as doing so will allow you to enjoy all of benefits that yoga brings safely.
